Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 days for processing before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We print and ship your order on demand, so please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

Estimated delivery times after production:

  • 🇨🇦 Canada — 2–5 business days
  • 🇫🇷 France, 🇩🇪 Germany, 🇦🇹 Austria, 🇵🇹 Portugal — 2–6 business days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia — 3–6 business days
  • 🇳🇿 New Zealand — 5–10 business days
  • 🌍 Rest of Europe / EFTA & Northern Europe — 5–15 business days
  • 🌍 Rest of the world — times vary by destination, see checkout for an estimate

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time above.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

We ship via trusted carriers, but once a package leaves our facility, transit is outside our direct control.

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us at info@nhaterra.store so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We're unable to process claims after this window.

For orders shipped without tracking, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund in case of loss, as we have no way to confirm transit status. We recommend always choosing a tracked shipping method at checkout.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit (per carrier investigation) and was shipped with tracking, we will offer a free reprint or a full refund, at our discretion.

We are not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but reported missing by the customer (e.g. stolen from a doorstep) — please file a claim directly with the carrier or local authorities in these cases.
